Thanks for joining us at the Longmont EV Fair. This email and the attached maps contain the information you need for a smooth fair.
We'll have mellow live music as well.
See the map below for Ride and Drive routes and staging area.
The event is at the Boulder County Fairgrounds, North Parking Area.
Please let me know if you have any questions in advance of the fair, and if you need immediate assistance on the day of the fair you can go to the SRL booth or call me directly:

Interest has exceeded expectations since advertising began and the weather forecast is pretty good, so be ready for a busy show. We look forward to seeing you there!
Thanks,
Ryan
- Ride and Drive setup starts at 10:30. Please arrive by 10:45 so we can be ready to start the show at 11am. We'll have volunteers on site to help.
- Check in at the Ride and Drive Booth (blue square on map) on the north side of the shelter
- If you are just showing your car, park along the east side of the promenade (big sidewalk)
- We got in trouble for speeding last year. The speed limit on fairgrounds property is 20MPH. Please do not exceed 20mph unless you have left the fairgrounds, many eyes are watching us. Be particularly careful near the Humane Society on the southeast corner of the property.
- This is a Zero Waste event. If you can't recycle it or compost it you need to take your trash with you.
- The show ends at 2pm. We will stop sign ups for Ride and Drives at 1:30.
- We will have a water station, but there are no food trucks this year.
- Should you need it, there is a charging station in the center of the Fairgrounds.
