Rachel Zelaya
Rachel Zelaya, resident of Longmont, is excited to join the SRL team. Rachel was an Agricultural Volunteer for the Peace Corps in West Africa teaching adults about composting and organic gardening; she has worked on CSAs in Longmont and Vermont; and she grew up on 14 acres of forest in rural New Hampshire. She has a deep love for the Earth and feels the critical importance of this moment in human history. She brings experience working with nonprofits and running her own small business in Longmont, and is excited about Longmont’s potential for helping to lead the way towards a sustainable future in this country.
